Phone Payments

If you are unable to make it into our offices for any reason and you wish to make a payment, we offer a debit card payment facility over the phone*. Call one of our offices and we will take down your details and process the payment. We then forward the receipt to you in the post if required.

*Please note that this service is designed for regular loan repayments or share savings when you just can’t physically get to either office. We will not accept large, irregular debit card payments over the phone. You will need to come to the office in person in this instance.

Note: For security reasons we do not retain debit card details. When your payment has been processed your card details are shredded.
