How Do I Join?

You can download the membership form here or you can pick up a form in either of our offices. Complete the form and drop it back, in person, to one of our offices. You will need to bring the following documents with you:

• Proof of identity: photo id e.g. driving licence, passport, national identity card
• Proof of address: utility bill showing your name and address this must be current
• Proof of PPS no. tax credit form, P60, P45 or a letter from Revenue
• Note: Social Services Cards are currently not permitted as proof of PPS. no. under the Social Welfare Act

To open an account on behalf of a child you will need to provide the following:

• Proof of identity of the adult who will be managing the account on behalf of the child
• Proof of address: utility bill with the adult's address and this must be current
• The child's birth certificate or passport
• Proof of the child's PPS no. This is usually sent out to you shortly after the child is born.
